FMX 210 Sydney Poniewaz

  For my portfolio, I used the blog posts for each assignment and uploaded the inspiration photos and final projects for each project. I did not get to revisit all of the projects that I wanted to but hope that I can revisit them in the near future. I am excited to share my portfolio with my friends and family. 

 For my Somewhere Project, I put myself in the movie Midsommar. I was proud of the lighting and color matching, but I want to revisit this project and add more context to the photo. 

I, like a lot of people, hate the dentist. Over the summer, I had a cavity drilled and took this photo for my mom. To make light of a less than fun situation, I decided to use this photo for my black and white to color project.  

Using photoshop and the masking tool, I created six different versions of myself in my dorm room! This project was difficult because I was taking the photos by myself, so the camera moved a little bit. 

 During my first month of college at The University of Tampa, I felt pressured to go out to clubs. Every time that I did, I didn't have fun; There was always at least one creepy guy that harassed me and ruined it. I told my "friends" one day that I didn't want to go out anymore, and they told me that what had happened to me was, "just what happened when girls go out".
